The best first visit is a relaxed one. Here is everything you need to know before you arrive, so the only decision left is which recliner to pick.

Booking

Book online through your local lounge's site, call ahead, or simply walk in — most lounges take walk-ins whenever a chair is free. Same-day appointments are common. If you are not sure which drip to choose, book a time and decide with a nurse when you arrive.

What to bring

  • A photo ID
  • A list of any medications and supplements you take
  • Something to do — WiFi is free, and a 45-minute drip is a good excuse to read
  • An HSA or FSA card if you have one; most of our drips are eligible

Before you arrive

Eat a normal meal and drink some water. Being well fed and hydrated makes placing the IV easier and the session more comfortable. Wear something with sleeves that push up easily.

At the front desk

You will complete a short health screening covering your history, medications and how you have been feeling. A licensed nurse reviews it with you. This is not a formality — it is how we make sure a drip is appropriate for you that day, and it is where you will get an honest recommendation.

Choosing a drip

Start with what brought you in. Feeling run down? Travelling? Training hard? Wanting a general reset? Our menu is organised around those goals, and the nurse will point you to the bag that fits — and tell you which add-ons are worth it and which are not.

First-timers often begin with The Debut, a gentler Myers' Cocktail composition designed as an introduction, or Restoration, our most-booked full-litre bag.

The session

Placing the IV takes a minute and feels like a brief pinch. From there, most drips run 30 to 60 minutes. Recline, relax, and let the nurse know if anything feels off — they check in throughout.

Afterward

A small bandage, a glass of water, and you are on your way. Many clients describe feeling refreshed within the hour; individual results vary. Your nurse will suggest a sensible cadence if you would like to make drips part of a routine, and memberships save regulars around 20%.

Questions we hear most

  • Does it hurt? A brief pinch when the IV is placed. That is usually it.
  • How long does it last? Plan for about an hour door to door for a standard drip.
  • Can I bring a friend? Yes — lounges are designed for it.
